Two routes into the register. Both are free, and neither requires an account.
Enter a name, mobile number or social media handle. We will confirm whether any live or historical report on file contains your search term — an immediate answer, at no charge.
Record what happened, who was involved and how you were contacted. Your report is added to the register so the next person who searches that name finds a warning instead of a stranger.
Reports are held as confidential case material. They are not published as a listing, and a search only ever confirms whether a match exists.
Search any identifying detail you hold — a name, a number, a handle. The register answers immediately whether a report already names it.
If you have been targeted, file a report. The more identifying detail you can give, the more likely it is to match a future search.

A fraud register is only as good as the care taken over what goes into it. Reports name real people, so we treat both the reporting and the searching with the seriousness that implies.
A search takes seconds and costs nothing. If you are about to send money, sign something or meet someone you have only spoken to online, check first.
A search that returns no match does not mean you were not targeted. It means nobody has yet reported that name, number or handle. Filing a report changes that: the next person who checks will find your warning. And if the same number or handle later appears under a different name, the connection is made automatically.
Patterns are easier to see across many reports than a few. Numbers reused under different names, handles that recur, contact details shared by people working together — these surface as the register fills. Every report filed now makes the next search more useful to somebody else.
Every submission is checked for automated abuse before it reaches the register. The contact details supplied are then validated — whether the number is correctly formed, and whether the email address can receive mail or comes from a throwaway provider. A report whose details do not check out is held for review rather than listed.
We are extending the register’s analysis: corroborating reports against independent sources, and identifying methods that recur across cases. Reports filed now become part of that work.
